Staging Your First Pilot Passport Batch Before Scale

Pilot checklist

1. Pick one battery category (LMT, EV, or industrial)
2. Capture full Annex XIII set for that class

4. Open public registry URL without login
5. List one decommission unit on marketplace as dry run
