Dropzone workflow

1. Sign in as Independent Collector
2. Dashboard → Marketplace → List a Battery
3. Add title, quantity, structure type, and classification
4. Upload up to 5 photos (label plate required for registry-miss intake)
5. Choose fixed price, best offer, or auction — publish
