Compliance during service life

Publish Annex XIII passports from the PassCell factory dashboard — category-specific fields, global serial registry, and QR labels for customs and auditors. Keep SoH updated via API or manual refresh as packs age in the field.

Marketplace at end of life

When buffer storage packs retire, list on the Circular Material Exchange: verified passport packs on Lane A if SoH supports second-life; Lane B recycler bids when chemistry recovery is the value. Operators without passports use the free Independent Collector workspace for salvage listings.
